Low ceiling... fan options??

Question

The room is upstairs in our story and half home so the two walls also slant in. We would prefer one with a light kit with it as well. Ceiling is only about 7 feet in the center

Unless the fans location is directly above a bed or table you're out of luck.  You need a minimum of 6'-08" of clearance to provide safe headroom.

what if you would hang 2 or 3 of these

and get a corner fan?

your ceiling is gonna be too low for a fan, especially at a peak. Unless you get the tiny fan..like this

There is no reason why you could not cut down the fan blades if they are too long.
