Lucario - Aura Sphere??

Question

In Pokemon Explorers of Time I have Lucario on Lv. 69 and the moves he knows are Feint, Quick Attack, Wide Slash and Copycat. I was wondering what level does he learn Aura Sphere and Aura Blast on? Thats if he does at all. Ok ,THANKS

In my pokemon diamond my lucario learned aura sphere somewhere between lvl 35-45
