Lucid Dreams?

Question

When I have lucid dream I usually have the ability to control what happens, does this happen to everybody or am I special? lol

i read a book and only about 10% of americans can do that so yea, you could say your special lol

Everyone has or will have lucid dreams.  It is totally normal, so sorry to burst your bubble.  You are special, and so is each of us, but for different reasons.  Lucid dreaming is the way your subconscious informs you that you need to take an action. However, the tricky part is that dreams, not matter how lucid they sometimes are, should NOT be interpreted literally.  I suggest you begin a dream journal, and if you do that for at least a year -- without reviewing the previous entries until the end of the first year -- you will find out who you really are at this stage of your life and what path(s) you need to take.  Good luck!

I think lucid dreaming is more apt to happen when you are pretty much happy and in control of your life.  I've noticed a difference in my dreams when my life is at different points.

it isnt very common, but it usually happens at least a couple times to people through their life.  ive only ever had one, and im 14.  whatever the reason, you are sooo lucky.  it would be awesome to be able to lucid dream.  although you wouldnt get all of the freaky wierd dreams that are so strange you couldnt have imagined it yourself.  those are always funny.

i am an extreme lucid dreamer.

i dream lucidly almost every time i sleep and have talked to many people about it and found that most people can't

and many haven't ever heard of it before

I've had people just flat out tell me I'm lying about it and was told that it has something to do with psychic potential by another ( i don't believe in psychics but thought this was funny anyway) but either way were one of the few so be proud!
