Lucid dreamers,please help...?

Ok,whenever i have a lucid dream,i find REALLY hard to controll myself,it's like i try to move but i have a hard time and i can't.Why is this happenig?Shouldn't it be easier for me to move around?

The same exact thing happens to me! when i wake up (in the dream) and realize that im dreaming, i try to get up and walk around, but its really hard to! i feel paralyzed, so what i do is "go back to sleep" for a second and then i will wake up and it will be easier. this may not be the solution for you, but next time it happens try it and it could help.
