Maybelline Definie a Lash green bottle or L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black

    Blue Eyes:

    Green Eyes:

L'Oreal HIP Crean Eyeliner in Eggplant

    hope i hlpd :]

  2. If you want your eyes to pop, you should use brown-ish eyeshadow. It looks excellent with blue eyes because it's a contrasting color so it'll make your eyes stand out without being over the top. But remember, "Lights on the mountains, Darks in the valleys". Meaning, use the darker shadows in the creases and lighter shadows on the more plump areas, such as underneath the eyebrow.

  3. light covers

  4. concealer

    a light blush

    and a little mascara

this is a very settle look

    on any one

  5. If you're just talking about eye make-up, here's my opinion:

Black mascara works for anyone and anybody. It's the other colors of mascara that you have to be wary of, like if they match your skin color or not. So just stick with black mascara. Same goes for eyeliner, but USE SPARINGLY. Nothing is more tacky than layer upon layer of black eyeliner. Same goes for mascara. The chunkier, the worse it looks. You want it to accentuate your features, not make it blatantly obvious.

For blue eyes, brown and (of course) blue eye shadows look best. But go sparingly for everyday wear.

For green eyes, brown goes as well, but pair it with a light green. Purple goes well with green eyes as well.

Almay has their collection of shadows, liners, and mascaras dedicated to your specific eye color. I have green eyes, and I found their eye shadow for green eyes to look great. The eyeliners and mascaras are strange colors like purple and dark blue, but I always feel that black or dark grey work best.

The key is just not to over-do it. There comes a point where casual wear suddenly becomes tacky.....no.

    :]

    Hope this helps.

  6. it depends how harsh/soft you want your makeup to be, brown is a soft tone, and black is more harsh, also liquid liner and pencil liner can make a difference. pencil is softer, and liquid is more of a harsher look (which can cause you to look a little sluty).  And as for mascara, its pretty basic, black mascara is the most s**y/basic mascara (dont use like weird colors like blue, yellow, or brown etc.), and eyeshadow, use light colors, like a soft brown or a creamish brown.  And as for powders and foundation, use some that match your skin tone.  And a for lipgloss/lipstick clear lipglosses are good and maybe even light pink.  Lipsticks really only look good on grown ups it really depends on your age it would look best if you wore lipstick from your age +18.

    Hope all of this helps!

  7. for your friend she can wear white or brown eyeshadow, black mascara and black eyeliner.

    good luck! :)

  8. By neutral, I am assuming you mean casual, day-time make-up.

Because of the emoticon, absence of capital letters, excess of punctuation, and the nature of the question, I'm also going to assume that you are a young girl somewhere between middle school and high school.

That having been said, at your age, you don't want to getinto heavy or oily make-ups that will just clog your skin.  Stick to mineral make-up or medicated stuff like some of Neutrogena's products, and make sure to wash your face clean every night.

Start with a powder foundation that matches your skin tone.  Some stores have a colour key to help you match others will let you try their products before buying them.  Try to match the foundation to the colour of your neck to get the most natural look.

You concealer should only be about a shade or two lighter than your foundation.  Add it sparingly (and ONLY if you feel you really need it) after the foundation is applied to make sure it stays where you put it.

Next, pick a blush that suits your skin tone and sweep it lightly from the apple of your cheek (the area under the eye that bulges when you smile) up along the cheek bone.

A white or light, neutral colour eye shadow can be swept in an arch directly under the eyebrow as well as a patch in the inner corner and another just below the outside corner of your eye to brighten them.

As an alternative to mascara, use a thin line of brown eyeliner along the upper lashes to make them look thicker but be careful not to put on too much.

A lip stain or just a tinted gloss is enough for the lips.

  9. (blue eyes and green eyes) you should wear light colors not like dark blue only light colors like light blue
