MAMA MiA?? CONFUSED!?

Am i the only one that thought that movie was cheesy and ridiculous? I was cracking up the whole time. It was just funny at all the wrong times for me. I am a girl, but chick flicks like that made me laughh so hard. My mom started crying at the end!? What did you think?

eww it was horibble! the mom ladys singing was horrible! the ending was...again, horrible! i dont understand how it got such good ratings?! im glad im not the only one

i felt like the movie was making fun of the musical more than really doing the musical itself...they ruined "the winner takes it all"...and the talking to music flow was terrible.but it was kinda fun to watch. music was amazing...duh however it was kinda stupid and really cheesy like in "Money Money Money"...that was just...yeah strange. but it did make me and my friends laugh. not bad...just not best!amanda seyfried or however you spell her name i liked her alot though! and....DOT DOT DOT!!!

i think all musicals are cheesy and ridiculous lol. but mamma mia was a good movie from my point of view. like, it had an ok storyline and the songs were good. i think they were trying to make fun of and exaggerate the musical part on purpose to make it more interesting. my mum was crying at the end too when i was laughing lol

   That was exactly the intent. The movie was directly a parody of itself and the play. Actually a lot more fun than the play.

I thought the movie was pretty much nothing like the musical! Meryl Streep was good though, I found her 2 old lady friends annoying though. I also didnt think that the guy she married was that great of a singer(but I give him credit because he is proably like 50 years old!) Anyways the movie was kind of funny. My mom also cried at the end for some reason!
