What is the difference between all of these?

UFC and Elite XC are organizations that hold MMA (mixed martial arts) fights. Like NFL is an organization that shows football games.

mma is the name of the sport it's called mix martial art's (mma) like base ball is a sport or basket ball and mma those are the sports name.  the ufc and elite xc are mix martial arts organization  ufc is one and elite xc is another just like in wrestling you have wwe and tna two different wrestling organization

Ufc is owned by zuffa and elite is owned by showtime and ran by Gary Shaw they are just two different mma organizations like tap out and throw-down they are in the same market but they are competitors

MMA is a sport. Like Footall. UFC and EliteXC are Professional MMA leagues like the NFL and CFL are Professional Football leagues.
