I bought a new 8G MP4 with camera from eBay. After I changed the language setting to Chinese and returned to the main screen, the music icon in English was highlighted and I cannot use touching to go to any other screens. If I press the button, it goes to next level in Chinese. Program seems to be working but touch screen is not. I drained out the battery, switch on and off. All these do not work. When I power on again, the music icon is highlighted but cannot going further. It does not have any reset hole. I asked the seller but no response. Please help.
