Mac and Cheese?

I know that diners are usually owned by Greeks, but how come they don't serve macaroni and cheese?

I've always wondered that :)

  2. I don't know about Greeks owning the diners, but I don't really consider Mac and Cheese a diner staple. Burger and fries yes, other than that I don't know.

  3. I don't know about diners usually being owned by Greeks. All KINDs of folks own diners. But to spare you the disappointment, I could give you a recipe for mac & cheese.

  4. Who says they're owned by Greeks? That's the strangest thing I ever heard--they're owned by all KINDS of people!

  5. Believe it or not macaroni and cheese is hard to make constant each and ever time so a lot of place bring in frozen to keep it the constant taste each time.

    Not too many places make homemade any more.
