Macbeth question!?

what would you say the climax is??? i cant think of it, and YES i have read the book so please don't tell me go read it. thanks :D

  1. A climax is defined as the pinnacle of action in a story from whence all other parts are just the consequences. Basically, when a story stops being about cause and starts being about effect.

    Keeping this in mind the point of no return, where everything is a reaction to his first action, the climax is the murder of Duncan by Macbeth. It is at this point when the bloodshed must continue so he can keep his position and from whence he kills Macduff's family, leading to his own downfall.
