I don't trust him.I have been a practicing witchcraft for three years now, researched it a while before I began practicing it and i have never heard of level twelve mages in any sort of pagan religion.There are three degrees in Wicca, but as for the level twelve business, never read about that. As well, a spell cannot change your physical body that much ( meaning mermaids) and neither can surgery.There are glamours to maybe change your eye color and the like, but most witches don't take the time or energy to do something they can do naturally.

All in all, I don't trust what he says.
