Mailing a letter! Help me plz!?

How long does it take for someone in new jersey to receive a letter after i mail it?

p.s. I'm not using first-class mail.

I'm using standard flat rate mail.

Your letter will more than likely be delivered in two to four days. I have recently had packages shipped from China that took 7 days flat rate so it shouldn't be more than 4 days.

About 3 days for the 42cent (standard first class) stamp.

I'm from NJ and live in MD now.  When I send mail it takes two days (sent today will arrive Thursday).  So, from Alabama, it should be 3 days.
