Make up for recital?

What type of make up should I have for my dance recital whichis this weekend. Im dancing to nicest kid in town and we have a bright pink coustume.

Well, at our dance studio for recitals, we have to wear brown eye shadow, red blush, and red lips. Once you get older, you can wear eye liner, mascara, etc... Just go with the basics.

Make sure you don't just wear the make up you would normally wear everyday or else you'll look washed out. You'll want to wear  foundation, powder, and a good amount of blush. Then wear black or brown eyeliner and wing it out so your eyes appear brighter. Wear brown eye shadow on the lower lid and white on the upper lid. And of course wear mascara and wiggle the wand close to your lash line to get a fuller appearance. Then wear some lipstick. My studio supplies the lipstick we have to use and it's usually red, so that could be a good choice.

a lot of pink blush, shimmery eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara, rosy color on lips! Exahserated is good on stage!! I just  had my recital and that is what i wore! Glad to help u!

wow i have a dance recital too and we have a pink costume too but im not sure it's nicest kids in town but she told us what to wear and have some mascara just a little dash of blush and three different shades of eyeshadow like light pink on the bottom or maybe even light purple in the middle and dark on the top and try to light red lipstick and put some of the black stuff around your lips i think its like eyeliner or something and wear some cute diamond stud earrings oh and put your hair in a bun that would be really cute

Well, my daughter jut finished her recital on Saturday and some girls danced to that. Her dance teacher recommended that the girls wear pink/red lipstick, some blush so your cheeks stand out on stage. And some mascara.

neutrals that make ur eyes stand out, i personally like the Almay eyeshadow collections for specific eye colors, dark color eyeliner, heavy mascara, and pink blush and lipstick

For recitals, if your teacher didn't give you any instructions, i would say wear makeup that makes ur eyes look really big, lots of eye shadow. Then if u don't have 2 wear fake eyelashes, and you have some, you should be fine w/ just mascara. Bright lipstick, and lots of blush. If you don't have a lot of bright makeup on, your face looks dround out, w/ the lights. Just remeber, ur going 2 look like a clown
