Makeup help me please!!!(10 points!!!)?

This is me....

I need some makeup tips to make me look, well better, I have some random breakouts and I like to wear foundation all the time, but when I wear it I look flaky, Where can I find a primer? I need like a 5 minute makeup rutine, nothing too over the top it's just for school, and any tips for good quality foundations at a cheap price nothing over $10 please help me

when applying foundation do it in a cicular motion and apply it a little below ur chin so it looks natural

5 minute makeup routine that works and looks pretty and natural:

Hollywood mineral makeup from LA Minerals, apply with large brush or kabuki.

Their Lit up shade of bronzer (soooo pretty!) little on your cheeks and eyelids and lips.

Some mascara

Some lip gloss.

DONE!

This is my daily routine during school and I swear...5 minutes or less.

The mineral foundation isn't under $10, but my full size jar lasted me 6 months...so do the math.

they have samples for like $1...you should try the stuff its amazing.

Oh...PS you look like a match for their Fair Neutral or Fair cool shade

First use a 2 step face cleansing system every night (cleansing wash, toner, moisturizer) Fo rmakeup a great foundation that I use is Rimmel Lasting Finish 16Hr Foundation, for mascara covergirl lash lbast is the best i have used, i dont use primer but im sure covergirl makes some, for cheeks maybelline cream blush is great with a translucent powder on top, and for eyeshadow i use covergirl shadow. This takes me tops 4 minutes and looks pretty good in my opinion

I have two great primers to recommend to you. They're both really cheap as well and they make you look flawlesss and takes away that redness from breakouts. One of them is sally hansen natural beauty luminizing face primer. That one is about $9 at a drugstore. The other one is called magix and its new by Avon. That one you can buy a 1 ounce amount for $7.99. Honestly though, i think sally should be your first priority. This stuff also minmizes your pores and makes your breakouts look less noticeable. and of course its a primer so you can also add a little foundation or powder on top to make your skin look even more flawless. and this product was also voted #1 by makeup stylists in seventeen magazine.

For breakouts i use foundation also (covergirl brand works the best)  also covergirl isn't expensive (you may just be wearing the wrong kind) :] i don't recomment primer personally it makes me breakout. just add some oil-free moisturizer to your foundation routine (clean and clear which also helps prevent breakouts!)
