blue eyeshadow on blue eyes is bad news bears.

fake lashes and a swipe of mac's lipstick in snob. it's beautiful, i do it sometimes!

This girl is brilliant look around her eye shadow clips and choose the best one. Stay away from the colour blue because it wont bring out the colour in your eyes. I choose eye shadow with brown because your eyes are blue.

Eyeliner... blue or gold eyeshadow. Mascara. Lip gloss. Focus on bringing out the eyes and the lips.

for ur lashes, use a curler and the put mascara on them

brown bronzy colors make blue eyes rly pop.

i would use brown eyeliner 2.
