Making a guitar look worn!?!

Question

I love how old acoustic guitars look, one I found was this:

I really want to turn my cheapest acoustic guitar into something like this.

I love the way it looks.

Some people may think It's a stupid idea, but if you can give me any advise and help it would be completely appreciated.

Try playing it alot.

take the strings off, fine sand the finish and leave it out in the rain for a couple hours, dry it out. you can try that, that's all i can think of to make it look that warped and worn.

looks like it is just drawn all over with a pencil. try that . as for the wear it is from having the original finish rubbed off. sandpaper ?
