Making a video like this?

I only have Windows Movie Maker, is it really hard to make a video like this? Can anyone please explain how to do this? Sorry if it's in the wrong category.

just take alot of photos since his is like a slideshow. put all the photos in the movie maker and if you want music they too you can add it too. everything shud go on the bottom of the movie maker its easy once you see the timeline. anyone can do it. good luck
