Making alot of money?

Question

what business can i start or get into where i ake a residual income I have the go get to do somthing like this but im at a road block of what i can do to either get it or start. No rude comments please

First I say take up a real estate class on selling real estate, have someone at Centrury 21 or some other let you work there for a while...then when you see and can feel the market for a low home price you buy it for less than 5% down and let the renter pay the mortgage for you....be sure to have enough to cover 6 payments because if you get a bad tenant they can set you back six months.  otherwise your business grows and you get a monthly income....not alot at first, but it grows expodtenually.  more you own the more you get.

and your credit rating grows too.  

If your last name is Trump you can't lose.
