  1. Make something the night before and stick it in the fridge then just pop it in the mikey while you get ready.  Things to make are flavored oatmeal.  Egg & cheese quesadilla, breakfast burrito, cream of wheat, pancakes, waffles, fruit cup, biscuits and white gravy.  They have little packets at the market for the gravy.  Toasted English muffin and jelly.  Toasted English muffin, pb, & j.  Organize yourself by choosing an item for each day of the week and then use the same menu week after week.  Like for Monday have oatmeal, Tuesday have pancakes, Wednesday have the quesadilla, thursday have fruit cup and friday have the toasted english or have a variety day.  This way you know what to shop for each week and can plan accordingly.  Good luck, I hope this helped.

  2. frozen waffles, french toast, pancakes, or toaster strudel.

    scrambled eggs

    cold cereal

    oatmeal, cream of wheat (microwavable)

    yogurt

    toast

all fast, easy, and convenient!  just mix and match.

    oh and a

    fruit smoothie!

  3. You can make pancakes the night before, freeze them, and reheat them in the morning.

Breakfast burritos - scramble a few eggs, throw in some bacon or sausage, wrap in a tortilla with cheese, and eat on the go.

Breakfast bagels - fry an egg, put on a toasted bagel with some ham and cheese

    Instant oatmeal

  4. oatmeal is my breakfast every morning, also pieces of fruit are an excellent idea! Try to stay away from prepared prepackaged breakfast meals, they actually only slow you down and are very high in fats and sugars.

No matter what you grab on the go, a full cup of cold white milk is full of nutrition and a great idea when you're in a hurry!

  5. chicken ceasar wrap

    Ingredients

    1/8 or 1/4 of a chicken breast

    1/2 cup of romaine lettuce

    2-4 slices of tomato

    2 tbsp of ceasar dressing

    Optional* cheese/avocado/hummus

    Directions

warm up the wrap for about 10 seconds on a hot skillet. this is to make it pliable so it wont crack or break.

next smear the ceasar dressing on the wrap

wash and shred the lettuce. add it to the wrap

wash and slice the tomato. add it to the wrap

shred the chicken and add it to the wrap.

roll it like you would a news paper or poster-tightly

cut it in half and serve :)

    and a healthy drink-

Dr. Oz says he makes a breakfast drink for himself many mornings that he calls his green drink.

What's in Dr. Oz's green drink?

    2 cups spinach

    2 cups cucumber

    1 head of celery

1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root

    1 bunch parsley

    2 apples

    Juice of 1 lime

    Juice of 1/2 lemon

After everything is combined in a blender, this recipe makes 28 to 30 ounces—about three to four servings. Oprah takes a sip and is pleasantly surprised. "It's a glass of fresh," she says.

Dr. Oz's second drink might not be as pleasant, but it's still important—a shot of cod liver oil. "First of all, cod liver oil has the right kind of vitamin D in itvitamin D3. That's why people who live in the north lands who don't get any sun at all can still survive. It's got the healthy fats that you want in it," Dr. Oz says.
