Making maleficent Horns

Anyone have any ideas on how to make maleficent horns. I have a great costume, but the horns I keep coming up with are not right.

Wow, that would be tough to do!  I suggest browsing a craft store and look for perhaps some foam pieces that are close to or can be cut to the shape that you want, then put black fabric over them and work from that.
