Making new friends?!?

hi im a pisces and i just moved and i had ALOT of friends at my old school. i just started at a new school and im trying 2 make friends but when i try i get so nervous. any advice? please! i need freinds in order 2 freakin survive!!!

alot of girls are nice but some are too caught up in themselves so you shold just talk to people and take chances

im guessing this is tough for you so just take a moment to relax and take a deep breath...

try to be out going and social

talk to people and be your self...dont be someone else in order to make friends...meet people and then talk to them as much as you can (dont get annoying) after a few weeks invite a bunc hof your friends over for swimming, movie or just to chill...

talk to girls too...they usually are the nicest..be fun and dont be shy or else no one will wna be around you

I know it's hard to not let it show that you are lonely and want friends, but try to act confident and happy and not too desperate. If you like to read, carry around the book you're reading; if you like to draw, carry your sketchbook; if you like music, wear a band T-shirt--these kinds of things can let people know who you are and be good conversation starters. Probably the best way to make friends is to join clubs or activities where you can meet people with similar interests and get to know them while working on a project. Keep talking to people and don't be discouraged if they don't seem too friendly. Sometimes these things take time.
