Male and too skinny?

My legs are muscular (high jumper and sprinter) but my arms and chest are skinnyy and have very little fat or meat around and on it!

How do I make myself bigger? I don't want to lift weight because it stunts growth. What are my alternatives?

  1. It doesn't stunt growth.

    go to bodybuilding.com...i know the name seems like you will be huge but no that's not how it works.

    eat more protein!check the website out.tell you everything!

  2. Perhaps you could do a lot of push ups every day to exercise your arms and chest.

    Exercising on the monkey bars would also help your arms and chest.

  3. Weight training will not stunt your growth, it will give you the muscle you want on your upper body though.

    If you don't have access to weights or you really believe it will stunt your growth, pushups, pullups and dips will help you as well.
