Mange Associated with Heat cycles? ?

My cat is a year and a half old....we haven't any money to get her fixed or anything, but she's inside all of the time. (and she's scared to go out, even when she's in heat) Anyhow, we're saving up some money, to get her fixed, and to get her her shots and everything, but she is losing her fur. :( She's really pretty. Black and white.......the Fur underneath her tail, is gone, and on her lower belly, and on the back insides of her back legs....:( Any help is greatly appreciated....with OUT any rude comments. Thanks...

Hi there... without being able to physically examine your cat makes it difficult to provide you an accurate diagnosis.  Therefore, in all honesty it would be best to have a veterinarian evaluate and treat respectively.
