Manhatten bagel HELP!?

Question

I just got hired at manhatten bagel and i start on a very busy day. I'm not going to have much time for training yet so i'm pretty nervous. Does anyone know from experience how the restaurant works? or does anyone know of a website or something that explains the guidelines for preparing the food? thanks!

Each restaurants have different guidelines in preparing food, and as for busy time, you just have to get use to it.

The first week is always the hardest but you will get used to it. Just relax, try to do everything right, instead of fast for the first week and you will be alright...  As time passes, you will be able to do everything faster.
