  1. wtf?! um just about every drug store everywhere. its called clear pollish or base coat

  2. its called base coat. you can get it at a drug store

  3. a base coat

  4. A base coat.. and you can find it at a drug store, walmart, target... etc

  5. Yes, it's called a basecoat. This is not the same thing as clear polish. They are two different things. A good quality basecoat will not only help the polish to 'glide' on more smoothly, but its main purpose is to provide a sort of double-sided tape effect. This gives the polish a good sticky surface to adhere to which results in longer lasting manicures. A clear polish is just that - clear polish. It does not have the same properties as a basecoat, and won't work as well when used as one. When buying a basecoat, be sure to not skimp on quality. Not all basecoats are created equal. Some simply work much better than others. Two high quality basecoats are Orly Bonder, and Creative Nail Design's 'Stickey.' Orly cab be found in many chain drugstores, but the CND brand may be a bit harder to find though it can be found online at various beauty supply sites.
