elorde was naturally bigger, but there is no denying pacpuiao's standing  as an all time great....

this would've been huge, and there is an argument for both legends, but pacquiao was probably more consistant, and certainly the harder puncher, so i will edge ever-so-slightly towards pac man by decision.

Good matchup here.  Flash was probably the quicker of the two and Pacquiao has more power.  Both are Phillipine legends and great fighters.  This would be a fast action nonstop battle with Flash landing a higher volume of punches and Pacquaio landing the harder punches and being more aggressive.  In a close fight, I have Pacquaio the winner by close but unanimous decision.
