March sweet sixteen?

My birthday's on march 19 and i live in pennsylvania, and i have noo clue what to do for my sweet 16 party. the weather's always really unpredictable, but it usually ends up raining on my birthday...any ideas on what i could do? I want to have a kinda small party (like 5-10 people)

Why don't you just do something at your home or some of your friend's home ? Buy good things to eat and expect a nice dvd that's all :) Try to invite boys and girls (5 girls and 5 boys for example).

Or just go with them in a fast food and then go to cinema...

I know it's just simple things, but we don't do it everyday right ? If done with good friends it should be fun !
