Maroon belly conure?

Question

maroon belly conure with no feathers under its wings and is really skinny. she has food, water..ect. she is 16-19 years old. she is also losing perfectly healthy feathers. she is lethargic and when i go to pet her she lowers her head into her food.

do you know what this may be due to? i am very worried :,(

please help me.

she might be a bit sick.has she always been like this if not then u might want to take her to the vet.she seems quite old so maybe its just the old age.

Take to an AVIAN VET....find out for sure what is wrong.....not everyone on Yahoo Answers are veterinarians....you don't want to be waiting for the right answer to come along...meanwhile the bird could be dying.
