when are the oppurtune moments to flirt with Ashley?

And if i get with Liara too and get confronted by both of them will Ashley hate me even if i picked her over Liara?

I was under the impression that you only get with either the guy or the girl that you first pick up as teammates. (Sorry, haven't played in a while, so I can't remember his name). Just talk to Ashley after every mission.

my brother just told me you have to flirt with ashley after every mission (i dont play the game he does) and ashley won't hate you it will end the romance plot with liara.. idk
