Im a guy so I dont really know exactly how girls m********e. But no you are not too young to m********e. If it makes you feel bad or ashamed because you think its wrong then you should problably avoid doing it. But if it doesnt bother you and it feels good then go ahead. I believe that you have the right to pleasure yourself without having to be afraid of what everyone else thinks. I also think people view masturbation differently for women and I dont think thats fair.So do whatever you feels right to you.
