2 Rivals of past Grand Finals going at it again but this time one a clear favourite while the other dwelling near the bottom of the ladder.

The Eagles were the better team for 2 - 2and a half Quaters even at 6 goals down heading into the last the Eagles should have won. Classic WCE V Syd great comeback

I didn't see much of the footy this weekend but i went to watch my beloved kangas on friday night and would have to say that this game would have to be up there for game of the round. Most people expected us to lose by 100 or so points and it was only 13!!!

Besides the fact i support Carlton id say Carlton v pt Adelaide on the basis that Carlton were the $6.00 underdogs and had only kicked 3 goals up to 3 quarter time in terrible conditions that weren't helping either team pile on the goals,then they come out and kick 7 goals 3 points while keeping an on top Pt goal less.

Sydney were great as well but i felt they were favs and probably shouldn't have let them selves get into that position.

because Collingwood thought they were were going to waltz in. They only had one more scoring shot & were put under the pump all day. Some of the Collingwood big-noters didn't fare so well. They are not as hot as they think they are.
