We have to simplify first both sides of the equation. by doing so we get

(4 - 5x)/x - (1/5) = -x - 25

Simplify further:

((4-5x) - x)/5x = -x - 25

(4 - 6x)/5x = -x - 25

Multiply both sides by 5x, we get

4 - 6x = -5 - 125

Transpose the whole numbers on the right side:

-6x = -5 - 125 - 4

-6x = -134

Divide both sides by -6, we get

x = 22.3333 or 22 1/3.
