McDonald Managers Please Answer!!!!?

Question

My little brother just applied at McDonald online. He thought it would be better because the lines at McDonald are really long and he didn't want to stand around and wait to turn in his application, so he applied online. How long would it take for someone to reply back to him/call him for an interview? Is it better off just turning in an application in person or just wait?

just wait... it depends on how many applicants are applying and how fast the management at mcdonalds work... just wait for a couple of weeks for them to call you back

I'm not a manager at Mcdonalds, but as an employee I suggest you get the application form again, but over the counter as I've never heard anyone get the job when they apply online.

Also if he goes up by himself to get it they'll be able to see he's a confident and willing person to get the job there.

Also the Mcdonalds he put his application form in online-might not need any new people, as there might be enough employees or new people already starting.

If I was you, just go to the one yourself-as the online application probably won't work.

I've always found that it is best to wait in line, order 5 Big Macs, and fill out the appication in the store while eating.  Be sure to smear a gob of special sauce over your signature.
