Mcdonald's!?

The toilets are disgusting, try not to use them if possible. And my young son gets pretty fed up of being given the girls toys, when I state its for a boy

Some of them are filthy, don't know how they get away with it, i always ask for no pickle and get a fresh burger so that's what you need to do, also its as if you owe them something, ask for an item a certain way and its like the end of the world, do they get customer relations training, some staff really go out of there way to be polite, its them i feel sorry for, but i also realise there are some rude and ignorant people out there which must make there job impossible, the managers need a few tips in how to run a restaurant cause they ain't doing there jobs.

Brixton Mc Donald's I been waiting ages to get to order my meal...so many times more then 15 minutes...Toilets very dirty.

Yes, just once.  

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and McFries at the Drive-Thru.  I didn't check my order when I left, but when I got home I discovered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich in my bag.  Those were the "new" sandwiches at that time.  

  So, I thought I would give it a try.  Well, I ate about 2 bites and it was so spicy that I had to spit out the food and throw the sandwich out.  It was terrible.  I like spicy, but it was bad.

Ordered three #11. Received only two #11's (chicken nuggets meal).

& once I gave them a $20 bill & the cost was only $10 they never gave me back my money, even when i asked

oh my god ALL THE TIME!! once we went and they had no meat(seriously), we have to always check our meals now at the drive thru as they ALWAYS get something wrong or miss something out and the last time we went the girl didn't give us our drinks so i sat patiently waiting and she said "what you waiting for now?" how rude!!! i guess the universe is telling us not to go again lol!!

Burger was hard as a rock, didn't find out till miles down the road, other one had no meat.  I was peed off like a mug.

Fast food is suppose to be fast.

The McDonald's staff at one of the shopping centre Singapore doesn't seem to have proper training.

They mix up the orders and take their own sweet time to fulfill by order. The irony is that I get faster service at KFC next door.

Well yeah there was 48 peices of gum all over the table and they said it would take 32 hours to get it all off and it was on top of the table so we walked out!

Got 2 Big Mac's once without the 2 all beef patties - Only special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onion on a sesame seed bun. Received someone else's food at drive thru once. It was better than what I ordered so I kept it.

Well considering they serve salt burgers. And the pay isnt wonderful sometimes you get what you pay for. Just like at Tim Horton's now those employees can not do more than one thing at a time and they cant think either...
