  1. Just but the frozen tv dinners. They have different kinds and if you want to watch your weight buy the Smart Ones frozen meals. You can buy these from the 99cents store.

  2. Here's what I make in bulk and freeze for heavier winter meals:

I make lots of meatballs and freeze them in convenient packages to pop into whatever sauce I feel like

    Turkey or chicken potpie

Hamburger soup (ground beef, onions, zuchini, carrots, pasta, peas, a couple cans of diced tomatoes, a can or two of vegetable broth)

    Shepherd's pie

    Chili

    Black bean soup

    Eggplant pamasean layered with ricotta

    Ratatouille

    Lasagne

    Salmon patties

    Stuffed shells/mannicotti

    Fish chowder

Here's a great recipe that everyone always loves and freezes very well. Actual amounts are uyp to you... nothing is engraved in stone.

Sausage and Apple Casserole: Layer 1.5 pounds cooked and sliced turkey or vegetarian sausage with 4 or 5 thinly sliced apples sprinkled with a bit of sugar in a large greased baking dish. Pour your own or any prepared cornbread mix with a little dill added on top, then cook until the cornbread is done following your cornbread recipe.

  3. I like meatloaf, stews, chilli, soups, & lasagna

  4. You can start now. Every time you cook supper

make extra and wrap it in a good cantainer and freeze for later. They will stay several months if you wrap them airtight.

    Chili

Casseroles, (when you make one now always double it and freeze one for winter)

    lasagna

Boil chicken and freeze it and the broth(for quick meal needing chicken)

    stuffed bell peppers

    cabbage rolls
