I want to know how many meal placement bars can one person eat in one day? I want truthful answers and if you don't have the an anwser dont post a stupid answer.

  1. I agree with the other poster.  I also know it wouldn't be healthy to live on them.  


  2. I love those bars especially green + chocolate covered ones. Unfortunately most bars are a lot like candy...they are dripping in sugar. I know the ones at the health food store are natural but come on!! 22 grams of sugar!!! I wish they would come out with a ultra-low sugar bar.

    Some of the raw bars aren't too bad but again, tons of sugar.!

    I would have just one.   Unless, you want to get diabetes. It will spike your blood sugar then stress out your pancreas. too much sugar will bring down your immune system and feed yeast and bad bacteria,

    I believe in a raw and living foods diet. Using nuts and hemp milk, seeds for protein. And a variety of foods each day is the way to go.

    I would completely stay away from the ones from Atkins or any other bar you see at a regular store---tons of chemicals in them!

  3. Well, they won't fill you up much, but I guess you could have however many of them add up to about 2,500 calories.

    But they're not meant to be your diet, you know, just something to eat when you don't have time for a meal.
