What influence does the media,who has advertising money have on public opinion and what do you think should be misreported?

The media by and large very much shapes public opinion by what they print.

Many people still believe that if it is published in the newspaper, then it must be true.

People should learn to read between the lines, and to use several sources to obtain the news, and any semblance of the truth.

The publishers, and copywriters unfortunately insert their own opinion into what is published, and that skews the facts.
