Mediacom on demand, exercise channel?

i was told by my sister that i can access a workout 'channel' through on demand that is free, but i am not sure how to get there.

if anybody know how that would be great.

i have mediacom

Yes it is on Free On Demand. Lifeskool has health and fitness programs.
