Is there a difference between t.i.d. (3x a day) and q8h (every 8 hours)?

  1. I think they are the same!


  2. as i remembered, the difference is the time it is given..TID could be given as BLD (breakfast,Lunch,Dinner)..while q8h is...every 8 hours w/o regards to time...
