where are you moving from?

Chances are you will need to re-do residency/specialty training in the US as States do not recognize foreign medical training.

Contact  the ECFMG http://www.ecfmg.org/  (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.  It's the best place to start.

It depends on what state you will be moving to. Contact the medical society in that state and they will be able to tell you.
