Medievil Times resturant?

2 years ago, I went to one of those Medievil Times dinner and tournament places, and in a few days I'm going again. Just wondering, is the play/tournament the same storyline every time or are there multiple ones? And also, do you pick what group/color you're in or do they give you a random one at the door...?

Well I remember when I went to one of those, I am pretty sure that at the place that I went to, they switched story lines on different days. I believe that they just give you a random color at the door.
