Meijer hamburger buns?

Question

does any one know if the sodium stearoyl lactylate in meijer wheat buns are vegan, and also the monoglycerides. it took me soo long to find buns i could eat, and now i don't even think i can! HELPP! i need to know so i can eat a vegan boca burger ):

im pretty sure boca burgers have eggs and/or dairy in it. i know morningstar burgers do. i think you would have to find bread w/o yeast, b/c its a single celled organism.

you could make your own vegan recipe for veggie burgers, then you could use tortillas for buns....i dont expect best answer cause after reading over this its pretty crappy lol

You should have the vegan list of things you can and can't eat. I always look it up ,because I can't remember everything.

meijer hamburger buns are definitely not vegan friendly  I know because I've looked at meijer brand breads, and they're not very nutritious at all.
