Question:

Melted plastic, toxic how?

My husband turned the oven on and I had left a big plastic bowl in there... there's melted plastic everywhere, and we've scraped most of it off by now, but I keep reading about how it's toxic. We ventilated a little after it melted, but it's been a few hours, I don't smell it, and the windows are shut again and the AC is on.

If there are still toxins in the air, how will I know?? I mean, I feel fine and we just had guests over, and they were fine. So if we all feel fine.... does that mean we're good and can keep the AC on?... or will I start to see hallucinations of John Lennon eating a top hat as I drift off to sleep tonight?
