Menstrual migrane? ? ?

my period is kind of late, but im irregular sometimes so im not really worried, im only 16. my last one was early at 23 days, and now it has been 36 days since. i am not too prone to getting headaches, but my head is a little sensitive right now. when i shake it, it hurts, and when im go up the stairs and move around and such it hurts a little, but its not a throbbing pain really. im wondering if this is a menstrual headache? im wondering if perhaps it is because it is really muggy outside, or it is because myperiods coming? i cant tell and im not sure ihow to tell if this is a menstural headache or not..? thanks ;]

sound like it! i usually feel flu like symptom's right before i get mine headache,tired etc.

it cud b both really. but i strongly think it becuz of ur period cumin n dat is one of the side affects of gettin ur period.
