Mental anxiety over this dream?

Question

i have tried several dream anylasis web sites and none of them have told me anything that i understand can u give me some websites or can u try to tell me what this means.

I had a dream that i was in a mental hospital. I was on the floor screaming and crying for help. Next my dream switched to a scene where i ran from my house screaming my neighbor grabed me and told me to go back inside. All i could do was scream and cry.
