Menzies second only to Bozo?

Ken Arthurson has stated that of all the great Manly players, Menzies is second only to Fulton ahead of such legends as Eadie,Toovey, Reilly & Lyons. Do you agree with this?

Definitely. Cliffy was the best i saw in my lifetime come from Brookvale, but Menzies try scoring record speaks for itself.

I agree. Bob Fulton was a terrific player.

Steven Menzies is so under-rated compared to what he should be, he has to be one of the greatest modern day players ever. It's a shame he isn't recognised for it. As you can tell, I rate Menzies very highly.  P.S not a Manly fan.

I've only heard the stories about how good bozo was, but saw first hand the damage Cliff Lyons, Geoff Toovey, and Beaver bought upon oposing teams. Menzies was the best Manly player I ever saw (how he isn't in the top 100 players ever shocked me). His attack speaks for itself with over 170 tries, and his defence is second to none. It's going to be sad Round 1 of the finals, his last appearance at Brookie.

Lyons was the best then Menzies.

Fulton played half his career with the Roosters.
