Mercenaries 2 For PS3 Question?

How do I go about getting a helicopter pilot so that I can "steal" money and other things. When I click on steal a message comes up saying I have to have a pilot. How do I go about getting one?

Complete like the first mission you get from the UP, then you get Helicopter pilot man (Ewan) after. talk to him (Ewan) for information about Eva (Mechanic) (awesome, she gives you a grappling hook that lets you hijack helicopters). Talk to Eva for information about Misha, your jet pilot...he's at the top of the map. those are your recruits. I think it considers Fiona as one.

ok you have to beat all of the up mercs stuff and you will get a pilot after you do everthing for them
