Mermaids??

Question

i tried this spell and it says that when i'm dry, i'll have my feet but when i'm wet, i'll have a tail. I have to dry off in order to get my feet back. do i just dry my body or my tail as well?

Dry your spell, it isn't working. You shouldn't need any spell if you are a real mermaid. It just happens.

That spell was a fake.  A real mermaid has control over when they have a tail or not.  They can appear human anytime they need to.  It doesn't matter if you're wet or not, besides the human body is made of 75% water, so technically you're always touching water, or you're dead.
