Message format?

A co-moderator posts the same message on different lists. On my list it looks perfect but on several other lists her message is one long paragraph. How do we set the preferences so her message looks perfect on all the lists she is posting on?

Is she posting with html formatted email?  That's what it sounds like.  If that's what's going on, then some of the groups do not allow email attachments.  When email attachments aren't allowed, the html formatting is considered an attachment and so the formatting is lost.  In order for the message to look right, all the groups would need at allow message attachments.  Or the moderator should post the messages as plain text in all the groups and there wouldn't be any problems.
