Meteor?? wheres my free credit??Help!!?

hello, I bought a new phone there in august and I registered for my free credit which was seventy euro and I got 30 the first month and September came and i didnt recieve my 10 euro which you are supposed to get? like whats going on and how can i get my free credit?? Its now October, Please help!! Thanks

I had one from O2 and the credit came on the same day each month. Give the helpline a call, they should have it all on file for you.
